Andrew specialises in the financial implications of both pre-relationship and post-relationship; including divorce, cohabitee matters, legal issues surrounding same sex families and the dissolution of civil partnerships; and advice on the drafting of nuptial agreements. 

Andrew is also an expert in private children law, advising on child arrangements, the removal of children from the jurisdiction, and Schedule 1 Children Act applications.

How We Work

We have extensive experience in dealing with all areas of family law and act for clients not only in York but throughout the UK. We offer remote meetings via telephone or video conferencing software (Zoom or Microsoft Teams) and can assist you wherever you based.

Meetings run in this way offers clients a more relaxed environment to speak about their personal circumstances.
